Jan. 24, 1927-June 6, 2002 Margaret Marie Moore, 75, of Ironton died Thursday at her home.

The Ashland, Ky., native was born Jan. 24, 1927, the daughter of the late Charles Earl and Nora Patterson Beckett.

She was the wife of William Moore Jr., who survives.

She was a housewife.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Franko; and a half brother, Ted Beckett.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a daughter and son-in-law, Susan D. and Michael Roberts of Ironton; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Junior Beckett of Pennsylvania, and Eddie Beckett of Defiance; and two sisters, Mabel Rogers of Omaha, Neb., and Sandy Dean of Catlettsburg, Ky.

Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Woodland Cemetery, Section B, with the Rev. Curtis Lindsay officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Tracy Brammer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
