OCEANSIDE, Calif.-- Willie Ray White, 72, of Oceanside, Calif., died Tuesday in Oceanville. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
