The Huntington Fraternal Order of the Eagles 2320 and the Chesapeake American Legion 640 will host the annual memorial to the victims of the Scottown fireworks store fire.

The memorial will be 6 p.m. tonight on State Route 775 between the church and the post office in Scottown.

Those who want to attend may take State Route 7 to Miller, turn left on 217, and proceed on that roadway to Scottown. The memorial site is approximately 9 miles from the 217/7 intersection.

Those coming from West Virginia may turn right on State Route 7 and go north. Some roads in that area are closed due to construction. From staff reports
