The Ironton Lady Fighting volleyball team remained unbeaten with a hard-fought win in three sets over the Fairland Lady Dragons, 15-13, 14-16, 15-11.

Ironton (3-0) was led by Ashley Hannon with 12 points and Andrea Rudmann with nine.

Candace Ferguson had 20 kills and Rachel Wylie 106 assists.

In the reserve match, Ironton won in straight sets 16-14, 15-7. Katie Barnett netted 10 points, Tracy Mays 7, Casey Brislin 6, Ali Markins 5, and Brandi Norris 3.

Ironton hosts its annual round robin invitational tournament beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday as the Lady Tigers face Rock Hill followed by South Point and Coal Grove.
