The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released the names of two men killed early yesterday morning in a one-vehicle crash on Lick Creek Road.

Ilario J. Pelzman, 42, and Anthony Bitto III, 42, both of Romeville, Ill., were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, Lilly B. Dalton, 44, of South Point, remains hospitalized at Cabell-Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. She remains in serious condition.
