It's been a domino effect.

The rescheduling of the boys sectional tournament games means a change for the girls tournaments as well.

The Rock Hill Redwomen and Symmes Valley Lady Vikings are hoping to get their sectional finals completed Thursday evening.

Rock Hill will play Miami Trace at 8 p.m. at Chillicothe Huntington Ross High School in the Division II lower bracket.

Symmes Valley faces Glouster Trimble at 8 p.m. in the Division IV sectional final at Vinton County High School.

The Ironton Lady Fighting Tigers are the only team in Southeastern Ohio to have completed sectional play and get a district berth.

As a result of the changes in the schedule, Ironton will now play its Division III district semifinal game at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday at Waverly High School.

The Lady Tigers will play the winner of the game at Northwest High School between top-seed-Eastern Brown and Portsmouth West which is set for 6:15 p.m. Thursday.

"This will give us a chance to see the team we play and help our preparation," Ironton coach Amy Hughes said. "And if the boys win, we'll be able to see them play, too."
