It will feature the cream of the crop of band students from middle and high schools throughout Lawrence County.

The all-county band concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. this evening at Rock Hill High School. One hundred fifty students

have been chosen to represent their schools in this joint performance.

"We're excited and delighted to host it this year," Rock Hill band director Scott Jones said.

Students in each school auditioned for

the opportunity to take part in the concert.

Rock Hill is not only hosting the evening performance, but will also treat all of the band students to a free lunch during the day's rehearsal.
