The Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital Urgent Care Center, located adjacent to the OLBH Diagnostic Imaging Center in Ironton is now open seven days weekly from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

"The new hours are a direct response to the community's request for the urgent care and diagnostic imaging centers' unique services," Tim Parnell, OLBH Outreach and Support Services vice president said.

Additionally, the center offers general X-rays from 10 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. daily.

"The urgent care's weekend and evening hours allow us to be accessible when other places aren't open," Parnell said. "We offer efficient, quality services and usually are able to get the patient in and out in an hour or less."

During the spring and summer months, people are typically more active, making them susceptible to illnesses or injuries, such as bicycle accidents, over-exposure to the sun, and dehydration.

The OLBH Diagnostic Imaging Center, now in its fourth year of service, offers open MRI, mammography services, and routine laboratory services. Open MRI services are available Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Routine lab services are offered Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to noon. Mammography services are offered Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
