Huntington man indicted for Chesy stabbing

A West Virginia man arrested in connection with the stabbing of a Chesapeake man earlier this month is among 10 people who have been indicted by a Lawrence County grand jury.
Jason Heath Burks, 29, of Huntington, W.Va., was indicted on a count of murder. Burks is accused of stabbing Jon Wilson at his County Road 1 residence Oct. 5. Burks was arrested later in Huntington, where he also faces charges in connection with his capture.
According to information from the office of Lawrence County Prosecutor J.B. Collier, others indicted were:
4Patrick Littlejohn, 19, 1097 County Road 1, Ironton, second-degree felonious assault.
4Loretta Johnson, 46, 136 Township Road 1067, South Point, five counts of fourth-degree felony trafficking in crack cocaine, two counts of second-degree felony trafficking in cocaine, one count of fifth-degree felony possession of crack cocaine and one count of fifth-degree felony possession of criminal tools.
4Bernest Mitchell Jr., 52, 136 Township Road 1067, South Point, four counts of fourth-degree felony complicity to trafficking on crack cocaine, third-degree felony complicity to trafficking in crack cocaine, fifth-degree felony complicity to crack cocaine, and fifth-degree felony possession of criminal tools.
4Billy Richardson, 23, Portsmouth, two counts of fifth-degree felony passing bad checks.
4Edward Ferris, 61, 95 Private Drive 645, Proctorville, one count of second-degree felonious assault.
4Robert Brad Williams, 24, 1704 S. Sixth St., Ironton, fourth-degree felony DUI, second-degree felonious assault and first degree felony burglary.
4Joseph McGranahan, 24, 223 Township Road 1186, Ironton, second degree felonious assault, fourth-degree felony assault on a peace officer and second-degree misdemeanor resisting arrest.
