Two men arrested over the weekend for breaking into the Sharon Baptist Church and Central Christian Church have been charged in connection with yet another church burglary.
Ironton police detective Jim Akers said Christopher A. Frazier 24, 1104 1/2 Park Ave., Ironton, and Scott D. Christian, 25, 662 State Route 650, Ironton, have now been charged with the break-in late Saturday night at the Church of Christ.
"(Police detective Jim) Carey has been working on this and some of the property one of them (Frazier and Christian) had came from the Church of Christ," Akers said.
Frazier and Christian now each face four counts of breaking and entering, one count of safe cracking and one count of grand theft.
In addition to the three church burglaries, the two men are accused of stealing a four-wheeler from an area residence.
Akers said anyone who has recently purchased anything from either man should contact the Ironton Police Department detectives bureau at 532-5606.
