FAYETTE TOWNSHIP - Two Huntington, W.Va., residents were arrested last week in connection with a drug bust near Burlington.

Trenton Mize, a.k.a. Tike, 32, and Nicole McDerment, 25, were arrested Tuesday evening by members of the Lawrence County Drug Task Force and the sheriff's office.

Mize is charged with aggravated trafficking in crack cocaine; McDerment is charged with complicity to traffic drugs. Lawrence County Sheriff Tim Sexton said this may be only the beginning of trouble for Mize.

"We do plan to seek additional charges against Trenton Mize in upcoming grand jury proceedings, relating to drug trafficking," Sexton said.

Both Mize and McDerment were housed in the Lawrence County Jail Saturday.
