A Meigs County Common Pleas Court Judge has been named as visiting judge to hear the lawsuit seeking to remove three Rock Hill School Board members.
Frederick Crow will replace Lawrence County Common Pleas Court Judge Richard Walton, who stepped aside last week because of a scheduling conflict.
Crow is not an unfamiliar face in Lawrence County. He also presided as visiting judge in the Garry Castle arson trial.
A group known as Citizens Against Poor Spending is seeking to remove board members Lavetta Sites, Wanda Jenkins and Paul R. Johnson, citing various misdeeds in office.
