Junior Pointers drop doubleheader to CK

KENOVA, W.Va. — The South Point Junior Pointers dropped a pair of non-league basketball games Wednesday to the Ceredo-Kenova Junior Wonders.
The 7th grade fell 23-15. Kyle Dickess and Kyle Winkler had five points each for South Point.
The Pointers 8th grade dropped a heartbreaker 37-35. Todd Mayo had 18 points and Doug Dillon added seven for the Pointers.
South Point plays at Rock Hill Thursday in an Ohio Valley Conference game.

Junior Lady Pointers sweep Lady Wonders
SOUTH POINT — The South Pointer Junior Lady Pointers swept the Ceredo-Kenova Junior Lady Wonders Wednesday.
The 8th grade won 41-25 as Tinesha Fletcher scored 19 points and Kayla Fletcher 15 for South Point.
Ashley Goodall had 12 points as the 7th grade won 38-24.
