Three men sought in break-in

BURLINGTON —

Authorities are looking for three young men who broke into a gun store early Thursday morning and made off with several firearms.

Lawrence County Sheriff’s Detective Aaron Bollinger said J&J Guns, 43 Township Road 1012, Burlington, was struck just before 5 a.m.

“Surveillance video shows three white males coming in through the front door and they were inside the building less than 30 seconds before they left. They are thought to have fled on foot,” Bollinger said.

All of the suspects were described as being between 16 and 25 years of age, between 5 feet, six inches and 6 feet tall. One of the three suspects was wearing a light-colored hoodie with light-colored shorts; the second was wearing jeans and a dark-colored shirt and the third was wearing a light-colored hoodie with blue shorts.

“We are seeking assistance from the public to help us identify and apprehend these individuals,” Bollinger said.
