The parents of Maranda R. Moore and Matthew J. Kelly of Ironton announce the engagement of their children. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Barbara Moore and Paul Bailey and the late James K. Moore, the granddaughter of Mary Lou Harvey and the late Carl Harvey and granddaughter of James Moore and the late Irma Moore. She is a 2006 graduate of Ironton High School. She is currently employed at Heartland of Riverview.

The groom-elect is the son of Michael and Peggy Kelly and the grandson of Mrs. Doris Kelly and the late Frank Kelly, the grandson of the late Joseph Dingus and the late Imagene Dingus. He is a 2001 graduate of Ironton High School and a 2006 graduate of Shawnee State University. He is currently employed at Edgewood Manor as a registered nurse.

The wedding is July 26, 2008, at Faith United Church of the Nazarene, Elm Street, Ironton. Music will start at 5 p.m. Reception to follow at Elk’s Ballroom. The wedding and reception are open to family and friends.
