Christina Gail McClaskey Dickess, 38, of Ironton, died Thursday, Sept.11, 2008, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W. Va.
The Ironton native was born June 21, 1970, the daughter of John McClaskey Sr. of Ironton and the late Patricia Stormes McClaskey. She is also survived by her husband, Joseph William Dickess, whom she married Jan. 21, 1989.
She was a 1989 graduate of Dawson Bryant High School. She attended Ironville Baptist Church in Summit, Ky., and was a homemaker.
In addition to her father and husband, she is also survived by a brother and sister-in-law, John McClaskey, Jr. and Jenny of Coal Grove; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home with Pastors Perry Young and Brian Gamble officiating. Burial will follow in Community Cemetery.
