James “Frank” Franklin Stevens, 73, of Ironton, died Friday, Oct. 17, 2008, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Ky.
He was born March 3, 1935, a son of the late Rhodi Irene Blizzard and James F. Stevens. Frank was of the Christian faith and was formerly employed with O’Keefe-Baker Funeral Home.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his former wife, Phyllis Pauline Bradshaw; a daughter, Kim Meeks; a brother, Estel Lee Stevens and a sister, Carolyne Marie Layne.
He is survived by a granddaughter and two nephews.
Funeral service will be at noon Tuesday at Brown Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, Ky. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
