HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Thomas R. Hage, 65, of Huntington, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. He was the husband of Sue Hage, who survives. Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Huntington. There is no visitation. Hall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
