LAKELAND, Fla. — Yvonne Darst, 67, of Lakeland, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
She was born May 23, 1941, in Ironton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Andrew Stone and Evelyn Anna Rowe Stone. She was a homemaker and a member of Family Worship Center of Lakeland.
She was the wife of David Darst, who survives. She is also survived by a daughter, Tina Whitesell, of Tampa; two sons, Dana Kigar of Celina, Kan., and Thomas Kigar of Sumpter County; four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Janet Stone of Ironton.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Woodland Cemetery, section 22, in Ironton, with the Rev. Dennis Strawn officiating. There will be no visitation.
