Mildred Buckner Stamper-Barker, 83, of Olive Hill, died Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Sparks Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Carroll officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Olive Hill. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
