Evin Howard Wagner, 79, of Russell, died Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. He was the husband of Mandlene Hall Wagner, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Russell. Burial will follow in Davidson Memorial Garden in Allen. Visitation will be 6:30-8 p.m. today at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods.
