Irene Frances ‘Luci’ Oppy, 66, of Wheelersburg, died Oct. 31, 2008, at her residence. She was the wife of
Roger Oppy, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Heimbach officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 5-9 p.m. Monday and one hour before the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
