Hazel Ruggles Lewis, 80 of Summit, died Tuesday, Nov.18, 2008, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. She was the wife of Clarence Lewis, who survives. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Preston Family Funeral Home, Ashland, with the Rev. Russell Griffith and the Rev. Leo Ison officiating. Burial will follow in Newman Cemetery.
