Joyce Ann Skaggs, 67, of Portsmouth, died, Friday, Nov. 28, 2008, at her home. She was born April 25, 1941, in South Shore, Ky., to the late James Orval Skaggs and Gladys Juanita Radcliff Skaggs. She was a former waitress at the Stone Pipe Inn and Harold’s Restaurant.
She is survived by a brother, Robert R. Skaggs. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Imogene Thompson, Mary Turner and Patricia Skaggs.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call one hour before the service.
