Barbara Ann Smith, 65, of Catlettsburg, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, at her residence. She was the wife of James Rueben Smith, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
