Ethel Foster, 81, of Ashland, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at Jo-Lin Health Center in Ironton, Ohio. In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Chapel in Ironton and Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado, Ill.
