CHESAPEAKE — Betty Jean Romans, 80, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was the wife of Arthur Romans, who survives. Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home with the Rev. Leon Holderby officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service today at the funeral home.
