CATLETTSBURG, Ky. — Jessica Mays, 60, of Catlettsburg, Ky., died Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, at Community Hospice Care Center. She was the wife of James Mays, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Burnaugh Baptist Church with the Rev. Pete Miller officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Preston Family Funeral Home.
