FLATWOODS, Ky. — Thelma J. “Sissy” Kiser McDowell, 78, of Flatwoods, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, at her home. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, is in charge of arrangements.
