A six-man, six-woman jury found Sonny Riffe of Ironton guilty of raping a 9-year-old girl at his residence in the fall and summer of 2007. Riffe stood trial this week and last on a single count of first-degree rape.

Facing a minimum of 15 years, Riffe will be sentenced next week.
