WEST JEFFERSON — Robert F. Price Sr., 57, of West Jefferson, died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born May 6, 1951, in Columbus, the son of the late Floyd and Alice Louise Crabbe Price.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William “Bill” Price; and his parents.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam Era and attended West Jefferson High School. He was a former security guard and factory worker. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Hilliard.
He is survived by his wife, Alice H. Rucker Price, whom he married May 8, 1984; a son, Robert F. Price Jr. of West Jefferson; two brothers, Steve Price of Gig Harbor, Wash., and Dwight Price of Columbus; and a sister, Lisa Berchtold of South Vienna.
