PROCTORVILLE — Hobart Cremeans, 89, of Proctorville, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens with military graveside rites conducted by VFW 6878.
