Hettie L. Misner, 73, of Ironton, widow of Theodore G. Misner, passed away, passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2009, at the Kings Daughter Medical Center, in Ashland, Ky. She was born in Huntington, WV on Aug. 2, 1935, to the late Fred and Pearl White Turina. She was retired employee of JC Penney. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Jerry Matt at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Entombment will follow at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Timothy & Diana Misner of Fox River Grove, Ill., and Michael Misner and special friend, Tara Cron of Ironton, Ohio, two daughters and sons-in-law, Alicia and Keith Layne and Mary and Timothy Thompson, all of Ironton, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and three sisters, Catherine Plymale, Mary Prodan and Helen Dzavodsky.
