CATLETTSBURG, Ky. — William L. “Bill” Fannin, 74, of Catlettsburg, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, at the Neal Funeral Home on Center Street in Catlettsburg. Burial will be in Catlettsburg Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and from noon until 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
