CHESAPEAKE — Raymond Edward Porter, 84, of Chesapeake, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at Hospice House of Huntington in Huntington, W.Va. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Gardens. There will be mo visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Hall Funeral Home.
