FLATWOODS, Ky. — James Paul Borders, 78, of Flatwoods, died Tuesday, Mach 3, 2009, at Woodland Oaks in Ashland, Ky. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. at the Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park mausoleum. Visitation is 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
