WURTLAND, Ky. — Evelyn Noland, 91, of Wurtland, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at Woodland Oaks Health Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Evans Funeral Home, Raceland, Ky., by the Rev. Scott Hill. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
