TAMPA, Fla. — Gary Michael Simmons, 59, of Tampa, formerly of Worthington, Ky., died Thursday, March 19, 2009, at the Nelech Hospice House, Tampa.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Evans Funeral Home, Raceland, with Dr. Tom Melvin officiating. Burial will follow at the Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
