HITCHINS, Ky. — Martha Elliott Withrow, 87, of Hitchins, died Monday, March 24, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Fridayat the Bowling Cemetery in Hitchins. Arrangements are under the direction of Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson.
