ASHLAND, Ky. — Delores Kay Hogsten, 64, of Ashland, died Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at Sarasota, Fla. She was the wife of John Hogsten, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church. Internment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
