RUSSELL, Ky. — Thomas B. Pifer, 65, of Russell, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at his home. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. today.
