A West Virginia man will spend four years in prison after he admitted Wednesday he was guilty of gross sexual imposition involving a five-year-old girl.

Cletis White, 57, of Huntington, entered his guilty plea in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

Cooper ordered White to register as a sex offender upon his release from the penitentiary.

Also Wednesday, Justin Jenkins, 20, of Lincoln Avenue, South Point, pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering, grand theft and tampering with evidence.

Cooper sentenced him to a total of two years in prison.

He must also pay $22,000 in restitution jointly and severally with two codefendants, John Richendollar, 21, of 629 S. Eighth St., Ironton, who pleaded guilty last month to similar charges and was sentenced to three years in prison and John Hogan, 23, of 422 N. Second St., Ironton, whose case is still pending in common pleas court.

The three men are accused of stealing from Early Construction.

Dustin Sutter, 31, of 246 Private Drive 349, Pedro, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor theft.

Cooper sentenced him to six months in jail but suspended the sentence, placed Sutter on three years probation and ordered him to pay $145 in restitution.

Most of the rest of guilty pleas offered Wednesday involved drugs.

Amanda Thomas, 26, of 1966 North 4th St., Ironton, was sentenced to four years community control sanctions under intensive supervised probation (CCS/ISP) for conviction on two counts of trafficking in drugs.

She had pleaded guilty to those charges late last year.

Judge D. Scott Bowling also ordered Thomas to successfully complete a three-year rehabilitation program at a community based correctional facility and surrender her driver’s license six months.

One of Thomas’s codefendants, Carlos Hutchinson, 35, of 707 Walnut St., was sentenced to four years in prison. Cooper said if Hutchinson stays out of trouble while he is incarcerated, he may be eligible for judicial release to STAR Community Justice Center.

Like Thomas, Hutchinson pleaded guilty late last year to two counts of complicity to aggravated trafficking in drugs.

A third co-defendant, Michael Preston, of 2104 Woodland Drive, Ironton, pleaded guilty Wednesday to three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, one count of complicity to aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count of possession of criminal tools. He was sentenced to four years in prison.

Dana Cox, 25, of 2308 S. Ninth St., Ironton, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs. Cooper sentenced her to four years

CCS/ISP and ordered her to successfully complete a rehabilitation program at a community based correctional facility.

Joshua Clagg, 32, of 130 Township Road 1106, Proctorville, pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Bowling sentenced him to four years CCS/ISP and ordered him to complete 60 hours of community service.
