WURTLAND, Ky. — Carolyn Sue Riffe, 57, of Wurtland, Ky. died Friday, May 29, 2009, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Ky. She was preceded in death by parents Jesse and Jean Sandlin Northern and husband Joseph Osborne “J.O.” Riffe. Son Jerry Walters, Jr., daughters Rebecca Lyons and Billie Jo Dalton, boyfriend David Traylor, three sisters, three brothers and four grandchildren survive her.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2009 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, Ky. with Brother Pete Roar officiating. Burial will follow at Baldridge Cemetery in Greenup County, Ky. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
