ASHLAND, Ky. — Rebecca J. Turley, 53 of Ironton, died Saturday, June 6, 2009, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. The Ironton native was born June 17, 1955, the daughter of the late Eugene Corvin and Eva Jewell Stormes Corvin of Coal Grove.
Rebecca was a graduate of Dawson-Bryant High School, was of the Baptist faith and was employed at Jo-Lin Health Center for the past nine years.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Eva (Sis) Turley and Marge Patton.
Rebecca is also survived by three daughters, Jamie Goad of Ironton, and Jonna Turley and Jana Turley, both of Coal Grove; a son, Derek Turley of Coal Grove; a brother, Tom Corvin of Coal Grove; two sisters, Cindy Morgan and Penny Corvin, both of Coal Grove; and five
grandchildren.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. today at Phillips Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger Pierce officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery. To offer condolences to the family please visit www.phillipsfuneralhome.net.
