LAWRENCE COUNTY –State Route 7 in Lawrence County has been reduced to one lane near the 4.50-mile marker due to a slip.

Currently, crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Lawrence County Highway Maintenance Facility are flagging traffic between Chesapeake and state Route 243 at Bradrick where a slip has occurred along the south side of the highway’s shoulder.

Temporary traffic signals will be installed today to mitigate traffic until the slip is repaired. Motorists, however, are reminded to exercise additional caution when traveling through this area.
