ASHLAND, Ky. — The city of Ashland is going to the ballpark and everyone is invited.

Ashland Night will be held on Wednesday, July 1, at Great American Ball Park when the Cincinnati Reds host the Arizona Diamondbacks and Ashland native Brandon Webb, the Cy Young winning pitcher.

Ashland and area fans making the trip can purchase half-price tickets for select season locations.

Discount tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, June 30. Tickets bought at the box office on game day will not be discounted.

Select youth league baseball teams from the Ashland area will march in a pre-game parade around the field.

Local country music artist Stephen Salyers will sing the national anthem.
