Jarrell, 35, 106 Thomas St., Proctorville, charged with aggravated menacing, disorderly conduct, Cheryl Jarrell, 26, 106 Thomas St., Proctorville, charged with assault, disorderly conduct, Jeffrey A. Moore, 24, 45 Township Road 1210, Proctorville, charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, Johnnie D. Jarrell III, 34, 50 Township Road 1234, Proctorville, charged with disorderly conduct, and Frederick Cooper, 31, 208 Susan St., Proctorville, charged with disorderly conduct and all taken to jail.
