FRANKFORT, Ky. — Agnes Waters, 90, of Frankfort, formerly of Flatwoods, Ky., died Wednesday, July 8, 2009, in Frankfort. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Pentecostal Church of Christ, Flatwoods. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the church. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods is in charge of arrangements.
