Domestic violence, drug peddling and burglary were chief among the offenses alleged Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

Mark Stuntebeck, of 13 Private Drive 254, Ironton, was arraigned on a felony count of burglary and two misdemeanors, domestic violence and criminal damaging.

He pleaded not guilty through his attorney, Bill Eachus. Judge Charles Cooper set bond at $10,000 cash with electronically monitored home confinement. Stuntebeck must return to court July 29 for a pretrial conference.

Lillian A. Jackson, of 707 Ashtabula St., Ironton, was arraigned on one count of burglary. She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Mike Davenport.

Cooper allowed bond posted in a lower court to continue and scheduled a July 22 pretrial conference.

Stanley C. Webb Jr., of Groveport, was arraigned on one count of aggravated possession of drugs. He pleaded not guilty through his attorney, Mike Gleichauf. Cooper set a $10,000 cash or surety bond and told Webb to return to court this week for a pretrial conference.

Robert D. Fox, of 69 Township Road 1026, South Point, was arraigned on a nine-count drug indictment. He pleaded not guilty through Gleichauf, who is also his attorney. Judge D. Scott Bowling allowed a $150,000 property bond posted in a lower court to continue and scheduled a July 29 pretrial conference.

Letitia L. Fox, of 69 Township Road 1026, South Point, was arraigned on one count of permitting drug abuse. She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, David Reid Dillon. Bowling allowed bond posted in a lower court to continue and scheduled a July 22 pretrial conference.

Stacey L. Jenkins, of 287 County Road 5, Kitts Hill, was arraigned on one count of trafficking in drugs. She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Samantha Fields, who asked that a $2,500 bond posted in a lower court be continued.

“She has been a resident of Lawrence County all her life. She has a child and she is not a flight risk,” Fields said. Bowling allowed the lower court bond to continue but added a $10,000 own recognizance bond (OR) to it.

Richard L. Bridges, of 2401 State Route 217, Kitts Hill, was arraigned on charges of tampering with evidence and possession of drug abuse instruments. He pleaded not guilty through his attorney, Mike Gleichauf.

Bowling allowed bond posted in a lower court to continue, but added a $10,000 (OR) bond. Bridges must return to court July 29 for a pretrial conference.

Carlos Ferguson, of Huntington W.Va., was arraigned on one count of theft. He pleaded not guilty through Fields, who is also his attorney. Bowling allowed a lower court bond to continue and added a $10,000 OR bond to it. Ferguson must return to court July 22 for a pretrial conference.

Troy Bentley, of 1989 County Road 56, Ironton, was arraigned on two counts of trafficking in marijuana. Bowling set a $10,000 OR and $5,000 cash bond and told Bentley to return to court July 29 for a pretrial conference.

Jamie L. Mayhone, of 119 Ashland Drive, South Point, was arraigned on a four-count drug indictment. She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Mark McCown. Cooper allowed a bond posted in a lower court to continue and scheduled a July 22 pretrial conference.

Donald E. Hackworth, of 36 Township Road 618, South Point, was arraigned on three counts of trafficking in marijuana.

He pleaded not guilty through his attorney, Tyler Smith. Cooper set a $25,000 OR bond with electronically monitored home confinement. Hackworth must return to court July 29 for a pretrial conference.
