HAROLD FRAZIER

Harold Frazier, 79, of Ironton, died on Thursday, July 23, 2009, after an extended illness at Jo- Lin Health Center.
He was born May 18, 1930, in Catlettsburg, Ky., the son of the late Earl and Alice Leadingham Frazier.
He was an Army veteran, working 44 years at Armco Steel Ashland, a member of Ashland American Legion, Ironton VFW 8850 and the Ironton Eagles. Harold enjoyed working on his property in Beetle ,Ky. and caring for others.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Keyes Frazier of Ironton; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Don (Sugar) Scyphers of Ashland, Ky., Mrs. Doris Childers of Flatwoods, Ky., and Frances Louise (Frankie) Wells of BelleGlade, Fla.; stepchildren, Madeline Arnette Schuman Barker, Tracie Lee Schuman Carey, both of Ironton, and Bob and Vonnie Hunter of Circleville; stepgrandchildren, Brandon William Barker, Andrew Dale Barker, Cameron Lee Barker, Jaylen Christopher Thornhill, Haylee Drew Stevens, Sophia Abigail Carey, all of Ironton, and Wendy Galloway Barba of San Bernardino, Calif.; and a special nephew and niece, Rick Holbrook, and Anne Holbrook of Grayson, Ky.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Barker, Rick Holbrook, Philip Barker, Arno Keyes, Ricky Holbrook and Greg Klaiber.
A private graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Woodland Cemetery. Donations are requested in lieu of flowers to the First Presbyterian Church-Ironton, Fifth and Railroad Streets, Ironton, Ohio 45638. O’Keefe-Baker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
